General Information
Aksaray University, Electrical and Electronics Engineering department welcomed its first students in 2013. As of right now, there are 3 associate professor 5 assistant professors, 3 research assistants, and 1 faculty member. The department consists of 7 sub-departments which are Circuits and Systems, Telecommunication, Electronics, Electrical Machines, Control Systems, Electrical Facilities and Energy Facilities.
Vision and Mission Statement
Our mission is to produce electrical and electronics engineers who have fundamental knowledge and ethical values that contribute to electrical and electronics engineering. To be among the departments which achieved international standards in science and technology production, research, development and application fields, is our vision.
Facilities
Double Major studies, in which our successful students can have a second undergraduate diploma, are carried out with Department of Mechanical Engineering. Due to bilateral agreements with EU countries and other countries, some of our undergraduate students will be able to continue part of their studies within the Erasmus Program. Aksaray University Department of Electrical-Electronics Engineering moved to its new building in early 2016, with its computer-assisted classrooms and new laboratory equipments, will cultivate undergraduate students as equipped engineers to contribute to today's technology.

ii. Graduates can also work in relevant areas such as mechatronics, information technology, biomedical, not only electric-electronics.
iii. Graduates can take a leading role in the qualifications sought in AR-GE and innovation work, as they are closely following technological developments and are an engineering discipline with widespread interdisciplinary impact.
